At CliffSide, we take pride in delivering high-quality clothing that inspires confidence and boldness. Our goal is to ensure that every piece meets our high standards and your expectations. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty or contains a manufacturing defect.
- There is a clear issue with the garment’s design or construction that affects its functionality or quality.
If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- A description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence showing the fault.
Conditions for Returns
- We do not accept returns for a change of mind, sizing issues, or wear and tear caused by improper care or regular use.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, refunds will be issued based on the original reason for the claim:
- Refunds will be distributed back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- In some cases, store credit may be provided, especially if the item(s) is no longer available for replacement, or we no longer sell the item(s).
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
- Email us at hello@cliffersheart.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide you with further instructions if your claim is approved.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund, as agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange. (depending on claim)
- Accessories and promotional items (e.g., free gifts) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs
- If the issue is deemed valid, CliffSide will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange or return.
- If the item is returned for any reason not covered under this policy, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Fraudulent Claims
We aim to protect both our customers and our business. Please note that false claims or misuse of this policy may result in the rejection of future requests and the suspension of your account. (banned with complex technology)
IF ANY PARCEL IS UNDELIVERED OR APPEARS LOST WITH THE COURIER, YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REPSONSIBILTIY FOR ANY MISSING,LOST OR DAMAGE PARCEL CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD.
